Peggy and Micheal Wright - Proprietors

The Wrights founded The Wright House  in 1991, and have expanded it into the "estate" it has become over the past twenty years.  For the first five years, all events were held in the original home, which was built in the 1930's.  Since then, through the vision of Michael and Peggy, additional buildings have been constructed, gardens have been beautified with plants and fountains, and the staff and operation of the facility has been fine tuned.  Over 250 events have been hosted each year since its inception.  This year, 2011, we are celebrating our 20th Anniversary!  

 

Marilyn Wright - Bridal Consultant

Having had six children of her own exchange wedding vows, and in addition to her extensive training as a bridal consultant, Marilyn will assit you in planning your unique wedding.  She will help you design your event to reflect your own style and personality.  Marilyn is the ultimate wedding planner and will help you experience the ultimate wedding.  She will become one of your best friends, especially if you have booked a Diamond package.

 

Shari Ferrin  - Office Manager 

Shari comes to The Wright House  with a background in working with the public through many major corporations since the age of 13, including but not limited to, selling cotton candy and snow cones.  She graduated to using her talents towards organizing parties, social events and weekend getaways for large groups. Shari loves to give tours of our beautiful facility and will help create a wedding package for you, that will give you the most bang for your buck.  Although she is fairly new to the staff, she probably knows more about the workings of The Wright House than anyone else on board. 

Lori Painter - Event Manager

Lori  P. makes good use of her many years of experience in decorating for weddings, front office work and event management of The Wright House.  Because she has had experience in each of these capacities, she knows that for you to have great memeories of your event she needs to be there to attend to all the needs of the bride, her family and her guests.  She meets with the bride for a final review, oversees the rehearsal and then makes your party pop, with the DJ blowin' the speakers up.  From the time you arrive at The Wright House   for your event until you are safely driving away in our limousine, Lori is there for you. 

 

Stacey Brinkerhoff - Event Manager

Stacey, herself, was recently married right here at The Wright House, so she knows what goes into making a wedding day flawless.  She knows the perfection a bride expects in the flow of the events that occur during her special occasion, and Stacey becomes her "Girl Friday" by ensuring those expectations come together.  In addition to meeting with the bride for a final review, Stacey also oversees the rehearsal, and then manages the event.  She attends not only to the bride during the evening, but also sees to the needs of her family and guests.  Because of Stacey's young attitude and trendy disposition, she is the perfect manager for your event.

 

Lisa Randall - Emerald and Diamond Package Consultant

The first Tuesday night of each month is our Vendor Night, wherein our Emerald and Diamond Package brides meet with the caterers, DJs, photographers, and bar tenders that will be serving them during their event.  Lisa organizes this night, arranging appointments for brides to meet with these vendors to personalize their selections for their wedding night.

Lori Crum Flake - Women's Setup Crew Manager

The breathtaking scene experienced by each bride and guest as they walk through the doors of our facility on the night of the wedding would never happen without the hard work and dedication of Lori F. She, too, is an expert at what she does in helping the bride select her color scheme, tablecloths and overlays into an event that will be unforgettable.  On the day of the wedding, Lori and her staff work their magic as they decorate specifically as the bride has directed. 

Spencer Wright - Setup Team Leader

Because your wedding reflects your own style and tastes, Spencer will ensure that things are setup exactly as requested, right down to the placement of each table and chair.  Spencer's diverse experience in the business world has given him the skills to direct the organization of the facility, not only of the gardens and the rooms, but also in making sure that the sound system, fans and/or heaters are working properly, and that your guests are comfortable.  His management experience, along with his crew, guarantees a smooth operation. 

 

Ellen Fukamoto - Centerpiece Designer

One of the most unforgettable aspects of your wedding (along with the beauty of the gardens and facility), will be the centerpieces on the tables at which your guests will be seated.  Ellen is an expert at making gorgeous fresh flower arrangements that reflect your personal tastes and styles.  Her designs are original and unique.

 

The Set-up and Clean-up Crews

 After the bride and groom have made their grand exit and the guests have all departed, The Wright House clean-up team sets into motion preparing the properties for the next big event by cleaning and resetting for the next group that will be arriving. They are always careful to notice anything that may have been left behind by the guests, and take pride in their work to keep the facilities looking tidy and refreshed.
